The Firethorn CTB Facility Expansion involved the completion of a comprehensive project encompassing more than 2,200 welds and over 2,800 linear feet of internally coated piping, totaling over a mile of piping. Key additions included two lact units, four horizontal heaters, a flare, contact tower, scrubber, two vapor recovery towers, and various other critical components.

To support the new installations, robust civil concrete foundations were meticulously constructed for all equipment, ensuring stability and longevity. The project required seamless coordination and execution, with work conducted concurrently with pipelines and I/E contractors performing installations on the same site. This complex endeavor demanded precision, safety, and effective collaboration to achieve successful outcomes in line with project goals.
